The City of Wheat Ridge Homeless Navigation Program assists those experiencing a housing crisis find stable housing and obtain the services and resources needed to maintain that housing. The Homeless Navigation Program is part of a County-wide model that works directly with people experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness.

Your donation funds snacks, warm hats, gloves and other survival items; vital documents such as birth certificates and photo IDs; application fees and security deposits for housing; plus move-in kits for the newly housed.
