Our family goal has been to serve the freshest and most memorable food experience possible since 1964. Our family restaurants strive to treat each guest and employee like one of the family. It is because of these great people that we have been able to serve this community for generations. We are calling this The DeMott Family Scholarship to honor our father, Paul DeMott, who started Pietra’s Pizzeria in Wheat Ridge in 1964 and through hard work and dedication, continued in 1971 with Garramone’s Italian Restaurant in Lakewood and Randi’s Pizza in Arvada in 1976.

As both my sisters and myself, Joe DeMott, have all chosen to remain in the Service Industry, the $1000 DeMott Family Scholarship will be awarded to a Wheat Ridge High School Senior embarking on a career in the food service/hotel management industry.
