Arthur Bushell

During his term of service from 2004 to 2020, Art Bushell shared his love of aviation with Wheat Ridge High School students through his involvement with the Shades of Blue flight program. Art was an ardent curriculum advocate as well as financial supporter of WRHS STEM. As a founding board member, Art served as Vice President for Special Projects.
Jerry DiTullio
Former Mayer Jerry DiTullio was one of the original founders of the Wheat Ridge Foundation. In partnership with the Wheat Ridge Rec Center, the Foundation was established to collect donations for memorial bricks at Discovery Park to support the purchase of art for public spaces.
Joyce Manwaring
Partnering with Jerry DiTullio, Joyce Manwaring was one of the original founders of the Wheat Ridge Foundation. As Director of the Wheat Ridge Rec Center, the Foundation's mission quickly expanded to include funding for city-wide events such as the Holiday Lighting Ceremony, Easter Egg Hunt and Performances in the Park as well as Parks, Forestry & Open Space including the Memorial Benches and Trees programs.
Vivian Vos
A resident of Wheat Ridge since 1997, Vivian Vos has been an extremely engaged citizen. In addition to serving two years on the Planning Commission, she's served numerous years as Secretary for the Wheat Ridge Foundation and Wheat Ridge Grange, #155. She co-chaired the 2016 and chaired the 2022 Wheat Ridge Garden Tour. She's been a volunteer for Big Wheels on the Farm, Feed the Future and the Carnation Festival. A regular attendee at City Council meetings and Study Sessions, she founded Citizens for an Informed Wheat Ridge (CFIWR) and subsequently ran for City Council and City Clerk. Since 2017, Vivian has served dozens of Foundation Client Funds as trusted Client Fund Manager.
